The idea is that he will accept ships on contract from any station in EVE, and will then proceed to fly and lose said ship in a wonderful fireball. The catch is, so long as the ship has drones and ammo, he's flying it, regardless of fitting.

A fix for this issue is being worked on and will be deployed in the near future. Until the fix is deployed, we suggest scooping drones to a ship‘s cargo hold as an alternative which won‘t result in accidental abuse of this issue.
]]>Skill training should now be functioning correctly, and training will resume as normal. This issue has only affected characters that logged in during the time between the end of today's daily downtime, and 14:30 UTC today. Characters logging in from 14:30 UTC onward will be unaffected.
In addition to this, we have identified every character that has been affected by adverse skill training on Tranquility, and are making preparations to reimburse any skillpoints that were missed during this issue.
If your characters are missing skillpoints, it will not be necessary to file a support ticket for this issue, we will be reimbursing all missed skill training during downtime on Tuesday November 17th 2015.

Known FCs will lead groups of eager participants to a single destination in what the organizers are promising will be "the craziest organized fleet you've ever experienced". We're excited to see how it all goes down.

]]>We are aware of an issue when using Multiple Pilot Training Certificates (MPTC) since the Parallax deployment. When activating an additional skill training queue with a MPTC, you will be unable to start training skills in the additional skill queue until you have logged off and then logged back onto that account. A fix for this issue should be deployed tomorrow.
